Meet Tai Queen — Licensed Cosmetologist, Beauty Educator & Creator of The Blueprint
My journey in the beauty industry started long before The Blueprint. From growing up around the salon to becoming a licensed cosmetologist, working behind the chair, and eventually stepping into beauty education, each part of my career has shaped the way I see this industry and the professionals preparing to build their place in it. The Blueprint was created from those experiences and one simple belief: finishing cosmetology school should come with a clear plan for what comes next.

Trained in cosmetology instruction at Bennett Career Institute and became a licensed instructor in 2022.
First-Try State Board Success
After dedicating two years to studying and preparing, I passed both of my cosmetology licensing exams on my first attempt.
